Ellen Kodu Saine and Maimuna Sanyang, both Certified Trainers conducted a three 3 days training on Business Development Plan, improve your Business and Business Formalization targeted for 20 GWCC Members from Ist - 3rd November 2022.
The objectives of the training were to enhance the skills of the participants in business plan development and to help them think widely on how to improve on their businesses by looking at market growth strategies such as the ANSOFF Model. The training also focused on helping participants understand the need for Business Formalization, innovation and creativity for business sustainability as well as help them make use of available marketing channels and resources to adequately engage their stakeholder (Customers, suppliers, partners, government institutions) ete through the business communication module. The training also aimed at helping participants understand the importance of record keeping and the circumstances around operating a formal enterprise and its advantages.
Participants were introduced to the Business Model Canvas (BMC), which is a strategie management tool that helps to quickly and easily define and communicate a business idea or concept. At the end of the training, each participant had a completed BMC
